It has been a pleasure to work with Paul in the past year. His professional and personal skills are absolutely first-rate. They make him a real asset to the World Bank Group, especially at a time when so many departments are doing their own web pages, databases, publications etc. with little or no coordination and risk costly mistakes by not having adequate capacity in-house.
What has been the most helpful to me has been Paul’s remarkable speed and agility in designing/producing sophisticated desktop publications, Powerpoint presentations, Web page redesigns etc. that can be used to great effect in our department’s marketing and communications work. He is efficient, dedicated, and hard-working, taking on all tasks with a good team spirit even with stress conditions are high. There surely must be a place in the World Bank Group for someone with these attributes.
